Physical exam: 25 year old woman with palpable mass in the right lower quadrant. Mass is palpable intermittently and reduces. You need a physical exam ASAP. Your doctor needs a full history of your chief complaint including symptoms, a review of symptoms, and your past medical and surgical history, medications, etc. Best of luck to you.
