Swollen eyelids: Hello, your eyelid swelling is probably related to a normal change in the eyelids that occur as we sleep. As we lay down to sleep, we see more blood in our head versus during the day when we are upright. The other issue is the normal changes of aging. If you aren't having any sinus symptoms, it is unlikely that your sinuses are playing any role in the swelling. See your entt doctor.
