See OMS or ENT: You need to be examined. it could range from a swollen lymph node from an infected tooth, to a benign or malignant tumor. See an ENT doc, or oral & maxillofacial surgeon ASAP.

Sore lump : It could be a swollen lymph node ( gland ) , boil , abscess . Sinister lumps are usually painless . Please see your doctor for examination to confirm your diagnosis.
