Depends: Consider a wound vac just like you would consider any wound dressing. Too vigerous activity would cause the dressing to lose its seal and thoise are expensive. Also sweating will cause the dressing to lose it's seal. You have to worry about the tubing, the machine itself getting pulled on or disrupted, etc. Also, the location of the wound itself may not be appropriate. Range of motion is ok.

Sure: There is no reason why you cannot exercise with a wound VAC. As long as you're not doing something to strenuous you will be fine.
