How long does it take for granulation tissue to fully heal? ive been dealing with a wound in my bellybutton for 2 years now and it has definitely improved over time but it has not fully healed. everytime i try and exercise i have discomfort and pain?

Since chronic inflammation of the umbilicus is unusual in adults & in view of your recurrent discomfort, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Any testing deemed advisable such as a culture would be ordered.
