Urethritis: Since the vaginal barrel sits under the urethra if the penis is pushing down, predominantly in a doggie position, it may traumatize the urethra and create secondary UTI due to the physiological obstruction produced. If this persists you may either want to change positions, the intensity of the thrusting, or best of all see a gynecologist and make sure there are no anatomical causes.
