Urethra soreness: Jose, Likely soreness from condom irritation at the tip of your penis which includes the urethra. If it didn't bleed, then likely just irritation/stretch injury. You can buy over the counter bladder pain pills to soothe the irritation. Should go away in 2 weeks.
