Pregnancy: Hypothyroidism and TSH level play significant role in conceiving and maintaining pregnancy. The normal level of TSH are 0.4 to 4 mlu/l. First your level is69 - high. Fertility TSH should be between 1and2. Please see endocrinologis. Plus you are 46. May be you want to discuss with your ob-gyn to have pregnancy at this age.Thanks.
