My thyroid tsh value is 5.27 mlu/l . normal range is mentioned as 0.4-4.0 mlu/l. is it due to the higher tsh level i'm not able to conceive. pls adv?

One factor: Thyroid deficiency could be contributing to the problem. The treatment for thyroid deficiency is simple and requires you to take a pill by mouth. Please see your doctor as the dose will need to be monitored.

Hypothyroidism: Your elevated TSH indicates that you have low thyroid hormone(hypothyroidism) which can diminish ovulation and thus pregnancy. Follow up with your MD for Rx to restore the normal thyroid level and thus improve your fertility odds.
