Unlikely: It is unlikely to "catch them" from your husband. The worm is not what is infectious, it is their egg, and the eggs are only "spread" when he defecates. Now, if the unfortunate situation occurs where he doesn't wash his hands well after going to the bathroom and then cooks you a meal or hands you a cookie, there is a small possibility it could be transmitted to you. "fecal-oral" transmission.
