My father has sqamous cell grade 2 what stage he is ?

Can't say: Staging is independent of the grade. It is based on the TNM (tumor, node, metastasis) system. To stage the patient you need to know what site (lung, skin, anal) and the various tumor paramaters (size, nodes, evidence of spread).
