Should be: At his age would rec radiation only as treatment if choice. Should be able to control loal disease but ensure with a pet scan the cancer has not spread to lymph nodes. Rec to see a medical oncologist.

Options?: He should be given treatment options. Given life expectancy, conservative management would seem preferable in order to optimize his quality of life.
