Botox: The active ingredient in Botox (there are a few strands of botulinum toxin on the market now) has just been approved for overactive bladder and has actually been used for quite a few years with great success. Only thing to keep in mind is that the effects do wear off after 6-8 months and there is always a possibility of side effects occurring. Hope that helps!
