Here are some...: Flagyl's ability to kill trichomonas is very good and its effect to improve Trich-infected symptoms is proportional to the degree of subsiding related inflammation. If working, you would start to feel better in 2-3 days. But how soon would the symptoms be faded away completely? No one can predict. If not resolved as expected, need to be reevaluated.
