tough question!: My belief is that the effect caffeine has on triglycerides is very small. However, based on this article: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/2333832 - my interpretation is that caffeine causes some increase in triglyceride level. Does anyone disagree?
