Indeterminate but concerning lymph nodes in the mesenteric lymph nodes...in a ct scan report. aslo 2 cyst near ovary. doe this mean cancer.

Not necessarily: Why was the ct done in the first place? Slightly enlarged lymph nodes in the mesentery are not specific for cancer. They may be normal variant or inflamed nodes. Cysts in the ovary or near? If simple cysts unlikely to be malignant again. However, one's symptoms that led to ct scan should be the context in which one reviews imaging or lab results.

Most likely not.: Scattered lymph nodes less the 2 centimeters are common on abdominal ct scans. Ovarian cysts are common as well and only rarely associated with cancer. The vast majority of women of childbearing age, such as you, have ovarian cysts that are associated with your menstual cycle (period).
