A member asked:

What is the cause of high white blood cells and liquid on my ovaries?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inflammation: The presence of elevated levels of wbcs in the peripheral blood suggests some systemic illness, often infection, but may be due to other factors. Not sure what you mean by liquid on your ovaries, but you may have an infected cyst, abscess, or pelvic inflammatory disease, or other issues. Discuss with your gynecologist.
