Many possibilities: Many things can cause abnormal bleeding but after 2 months it is definitely time to be seen and look into it. This could be any thing from an infection, to thyroid disease, diabetes, PCOS, or even cervical or endometrial cancer. Get in to your PCP, gynecologist, of an urgent care clinic ASAP and begin the work-up. Good luck.
