Ent says my larynx is red. what does that indicate?

Inflammation/infec: Can't see the larynx without either using a mirror in back of throat or a scope. If they did and said it was more red than usual, then it's either inflamed or infected. Much more rarely it can be a growth. Most common cause is post nasal drainage or reflux.
