Arms jerking for no reason, is this beginning of parkinson's?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: If your arm suddenly jerks, might be onset of myoclonus, or a focal seizure, but the usual parkinsonian tremor is localized shaking in one arm at rest, not a jumping of the limb. Nonetheless, sounds like this needs an assessment, and a neurological evaluation would help.
