Some.: Antipsychotic drugs can reduce arm swing due to the side-effect called akinesia or parkinsonian syndrome, not the disease. Injury to the arm or shoulders and diseases like arthritis.

Arm swing: Reduced arm swing may be caused by muscle soreness, problems with the shoulder joint, muscle rigidity (cerebral palsy, Parkinsons, MS, stroke, etc.), casual walking technique, and mistaken observation.
