How much beer?: If you are talking 1-2 beers, I have no clue. If you are drinking to get drunk, many things are possible. Damage to the esophagus, stomach, duodenum and pancreas can all be felt in the back in some people. However, if EVERY time you drink beer your back hurts, and you keep drinking beer, you have to consider whether you have an alcohol problems. See your doctor to get an evaluation/discuss.
