Individual's need : Based on the symptom severity & individual tolerance to medications and idiosyncracy reactions  ( inappropriate sensitivity -undersensitivity/oversensitivity for a particular individual  for certain medications whereas other patients  may not have any issues at all ) the doses differ. You are on the maximum dose of zoloft (sertraline). Valium 4mg is not a high dose.If ok for u without much sedation , ok to cont.

Can't predict: Sertraline is a 1st-generation SSRI like Prozac (fluoxetine). Diazepam is a benzodiazepine - chemically very different. BZDs cause psychological not physical dependence meaning that abruptly stopping (not recommended) won't kill you, you'll only wish you were dead. Temporarily, of course. Only way to know is to try it. Your brain doesn't run Windows 8.1; no predicting.

on zoloft 100 2xday &valium 5 2xday, over 5 weeks, now when i wake up im dizzy and for a few hrs,then goes away but it happend in the middle of the day yesterday,, for the past 3 days. i usually run bp about 135/89 and higher, but now i am 122/82 ?

Yes,no,yes &amp; yes: Ok to combine Zoloft with Valium ( you should always notify your treating or prescribing physician for any changes in your medications). Valium does help with muscle spasms ( associated with some back pain) and is a sedative , which can help with sleep. Valium is known to have a long half-life ( stays active in body for 72 hours) and can cause side effects due to this fact.

can i take 100mg zoloft, 75mg wellbutrin, (bupropion) 5mg valium, 10mg zocor, and 8mg zofran on the same day (all prescribed to me)? should i space the doses out?

Interaction possible: Both Zofran (ondansetron) and Zoloft (sertraline) increase QTc interval of the cardiogram, and both can increase the serotonin effect. These effects may be problematic for some people. Wellbutrin (bupropion) and Zoloft can increase each others' levels which may be problematic. Best to discuss with your prescriber, especially if you experience significant side effects. Best regards for relief.
