See your doc: No one antibiotic  kills all germs  Azithromycin did not work, and so since your are till sick, get checked again.If it is a bacteria; infection causing your symptoms, changing the antibiotic, if it's indicated after an  in-person exam, may help. So get seen today .

Augmentin for what?: May be it was for another problem other than the flu, as it won't help to treat the flu (possibly its complications) . The flu vaccine needs at least 3-4 weeks to be effective, keep the follow-up with your doctor, wish you wellness

my grandson aged 7 years was treated with cough syrup and paracetamol along with azithromycin syrup (5 ml).for flu. he appears to have recovered but past 2 days he has wet his pants in the afternoon twice. he's been toilet trained since age 3?

: It could be related to his illness or to anxiety but you should have him checked by his doctor since this could also be related to high blood sugars. When the blood sugar is high, the body tends to produce more urine and in children, a sign of this can be incontinence when they previously were toilet trained. Sinus infection: Sinus infections can sometimes be challenging to get better.  Here are some suggestions.  Take the prescribed medicines you outlined.  If you are still having symptoms after completing the antibiotics, contact your doctor as you may need additional medicine.  Other things you can do including saline rinses, humidifier, nasal decongestants, nasal steroids among others.  Saline rinses are effective.

You can use pain relievers like tylenol (acetaminophen) or nsaid’s. Rest a lot! in some situations antiviral medications (tamiflu, relenza, flumadine) may be prescribed within the first couple of days of symptoms to hasten healing or they can be used after flu exposure to prevent illness.
