Yeast? Herpes?: Yeast usually causes itching, irritation, and redness of the affected area, sometimes with white discharge. It could cause "white bumps", but usually not as the only symptom. If these started as blister-like with clear fluid that turned white over a day or two, or if they are becoming open sores, herpes would be likely. Usually not...: A yeast infection presents with vaginal itching, burning sensation, whitish and sometimes yellowish discharge most of the time looking like cottage cheese or flaky. If you have lesions that are itchy, painful and started in the form of blisters it could be herpes, but don't panic boils can present with painful bumps as well. I would suggest that you see your GYN provider for a definite diagnosis.

The : The best thing to do would be to see your healthcare provider and have an examination and cultures.  They might just be reactionary, but it is best to have cultures to be sure it isn't an infectious type of rash.  If you have pain, fever, or discharge then you must be seen immediately.

Bacterial infection.: You could have developed a secondary bacterial infection / abscess / boil / furuncle in an area that was inflamed / raw due to the yeast infection. Vaginal bump: May be batholin gland cyst. try soapy sitz bath  2-3 times a day .If does not get better in 1-2 days seek medical attention in doctor/urgent cause you may need antibiotics as they can get very large and painful very quickly( within a week). Call and discuss with doctor
