Hard to tell: With persistence of abnormality or discomfort I will recommend a GYN consult. Are the white bumps without symptoms? Do they itch, hurt, any associated discharge, are they spreading? These questions and more will need clarification in order to gain insight to the cause and appropriate therapy recommended. Yeast infection is unlikely. In network consultants are available to help.
