It isn't a good idea to expose yourself to more than necessary and especially don't cook in aluminum pans or use foil on acidic foods. One way to remove aluminum out of the body is to consume silicon rich water.

No not really: You may loose water weight but no real change will take place in your actual body mass. To loose weight you must expend more energy than you take-in through your diet. Minimize the amount of carbohydrate (bread, soda, alcohol, pasta, potatoes, corn); maximize the amount of fiber (vegetables) and protein (lean meat, beans) in your diet. At the same time exercise (walk, run, bike, swim).

Maybe: Wrapping a rash could help or make it worse.  If you are putting a cream on a rash, then wrapping it in plastic wrap can help drive the cream into the skin.  Other rashes can become worse with increase of moisture and heat from the wrapping.
