No worries: The small amount you consumed shouldn't be a problem. Aluminum is one of the most plentiful elements that we are exposed to. It is toxic so our bodies have mechanisms to clear it. It isn't a good idea to expose yourself to more than necessary and especially don't cook in aluminum pans or use foil on acidic foods. One way to remove aluminum out of the body is to consume silicon rich water.
