Fever...: The fever is a symptom. She is on antibiotics, so I imagine you saw her pediatrician and she started treatment for some now known illness?  The fever itself is not dangerous; it does not even need to be treated except to provide comfort to your baby if it is making her miserable.  If she is sleeping, let her sleep. rest is good.  If the fever is persisting beyond 2 days on rx'd meds, reevaluate.

removed 3 teeth all together 10 days ago. upper, left, back. i still wake up to pain every morning. not severe pain, but need advil to go back to sleep. taking advil twice a day. if this is dry socket, does it heal by itself? or do i need to see doc?

Hard to say....: Dry socket pain is pretty severe, and often there is a foul smell or taste. If you are still in as much pain as you described, a post operative visit with your dentist is in order.

good afternoon.
i hit my head a couple of weeks ago.(rh) no all of a sudden i get headaches on the rh. when lay down to go to sleep, during sleep and when i wake up. but then after an hour it goes away(without taking any medicine) what can be wrong?

Not much: Of course history is important How severe was the blow Was there any altering of consciousness nausea dizziness etc Are there any underlying conditions Are on blood thinners If the answer is no to all of that hitting your head at age 32 unlikely to have caused a major issue If the headache becomes persistent or worse a CT or an MRI will settle the question

Be honest: Sleeping disorders may be related to stress, tension, anxiety and depression. If you are concerned regarding body image or health, get a comprehensive medical examination. Advil (ibuprofen) can be irritating to your stomach lining.

See details: This type of pain in a 28 year ago is often secondary to patellar tendinitis. I would see an orthopedist for a diagnosis. Often appropriate exercises can produce good benefit. If ther meantime you can ice the knees after running or switch to a low impact aerobic activity such as cycling.

Possibilities: Some sleep disorders result in movements while asleep such as paroxysmal leg movements in sleep (noctournal myoclonus).  Welbutrin can cause seizures as an adverse event in some.  You may benefit from a sleep study overnight.

Nighttime crying: The first impulse is to rush to the toddler's room and pick him up to soothe him. The reason to respond is to make sure that he is safe.
If still asleep, leave him alone and just monitor these episodes. If he is awake and does not seem to acknowledge your presence, he maybe having a nightmare or night terror. Wait until the episode stops - he might just go back to sleep right after.

Chronobiology: When one wakes up, the body is pumped with with epinephrine( norepinephrine) and steroid to prepare for hunting or gathering. These agents need to be mostly shut off at night to allow you to fall asleep . Since both of these agents counter itching and hives, they can account for what you have observed. There may be other factors involved but this is the simplest explanation.
