No: Although being anxious about a blood pressure check could raise your blood pressure, e.g. White-coat hypertension, your every day blood pressure is not going to be while you're on xanax (alprazolam) and therefore the reading on xanax (alprazolam) may not be fully reflective of your true bps. A better option would be to check your BP at home regularly and keep a log and take with you to your doctor for review.

A : A normal blood pressure for an adult is 120/60.  10 points higher or lower is typically okay and within normal range. 
If you are at rest, your blood pressure can be lower. Advise your doctor if your systolic blood pressure (top number) is less than 95 or over 140.
While anxiety can cause an increased blood pressure, it will be important to also document and communicate major changes in blood pressure (i.e. Changes within 20 points of systolic blood pressure).

Highly Individual!: This is not a function of the molecule. It is a function of what is happening within the individual &amp; life of the person who is ingesting the molecule. Like nearly all Rx agents, Xanax (alprazolam) is a single molecule packaged as a specific amount (e.g. mg), advertised to be taken at a specific amount per unit time (dosage). Any changes in behavior/mode are a function of the person using.

Yes,: During panic attacks with increased heart rate you can have elevation of bp.
Do not neglect the panic atacks. I see you are on medications, this is good but you need therapy too.

Maybe both: High blood pressure can be exacerbated by anxiety. If there is evidence of heart kidney or eye damage , then its definitely hypertension and gets worse with anxiety. If not then putting you on a anti anxiety med and monitering your BP is reasonable.
