NOT: If high blood pressure caused vertigo, you would treat it by lowering the bp. Unfortunately, high blood pressure doesn't cause vertigo. It is related to your inner ear (or in rare cases, your cerebellum).

Seek Dr asap: There are several possible causes for chronic ear pressure with vertigo - Meniere's Disease, Eutachian Tube Dysfunction, Uncontrolled Hypertention, etc.  However, the  fact that you lose consciousness periodically is very concerning.  See your clinician for an exam to determine what diagnostic tests (ie MRI, ECG, Rotary Chair, Tilt Table) or specialist referrals (ie, ENT) might be warranted.

can vertigo cause all this?

Vertigo is a symptom: Vertigo is a symptom, not a disease. It describes dizziness in which you feel the room is spinning around you as opposed to being unsteady. There are certain processes that can cause ear pressure, vertigo, and fainting. One that comes to mind is meniere's disease (fainting in this situation is called drop attacks). A ENT visit is warranted.

vertigo for +-8 weeks and parasthesia in arms/hands when sleeping. brain/spine mri showed bilateral tarlov cysts at c6, c7, t1 but nothing else. could vertigo and cysts share the same underlying cause? (e.g. increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure)

when lying down on the left side i had an episode of vertigo.  i have  sinus pressure and headache.  is this being caused by a sinus issue?

Laberinthitis can be: associated with upper respiratory infection,usually viral,involving sinuses as well.It sounds like the vertigo is positional,meaning,when your head is in a certain position , the symptoms are worse.Always force your eyes open and find something to stare at,once U change your head position,to best alleviate vertigo.Treat the cold symptoms as needed.Everything should go away in a few days.No?C MD☺️

Your blood pressure: ...is normal. However, an acute drop from a much higher pressure reading, or a condition (brain, inner ear, autonomic neuropathy, etc.) that may be entirely unrelated to hypertension control, can be at issue and deserves prompt medical evaluation please.

what could cause episodes of all day bothersome dizziness in the head (no vertigo or spinning) &lightheadedness & then followed by entire inner head pressure or pressure at back of head and squeezing sensation at neck. no headaches?

: If an examination reveals no medical issues,I would attribute your symptoms to excessive nucchal and scalp muscle tension, most commonly caused by chronic tension &amp; stress. Treatment with massage therapy and stress management coaching should help if you think this pertains to you. I assume you have a good pillow which is important for relaxing neck musculature.

why when i blow my nose or hold my nose do i have so much pressure build in my ears like im on a airplane is this normal could it cause vertigo?

Eustachian tube: You are suffering with eustachian tube dysfunction. The eustachian tube connects the space behind the eardrum to the back inside of the nose. Sinus issues (allergy, infection, etc) can cause inflammation of the et so when you blow your nose, pressure builds up. Treat with otc saline sinus rinse, antihistamines/ decongestants, etc. Usually a benign condition but see a doc if severe or lingers.

Otoscope?: An otoscope can't visualize the sinuses.  Go see your doctor to see what additional testing might be indicated.
