Seek Dr asap: There are several possible causes for chronic ear pressure with vertigo - Meniere's Disease, Eutachian Tube Dysfunction, Uncontrolled Hypertention, etc. However, the fact that you lose consciousness periodically is very concerning. See your clinician for an exam to determine what diagnostic tests (ie MRI, ECG, Rotary Chair, Tilt Table) or specialist referrals (ie, ENT) might be warranted.
