Laberinthitis can be: associated with upper respiratory infection,usually viral,involving sinuses as well.It sounds like the vertigo is positional,meaning,when your head is in a certain position , the symptoms are worse.Always force your eyes open and find something to stare at,once U change your head position,to best alleviate vertigo.Treat the cold symptoms as needed.Everything should go away in a few days.No?C MD☺️
