Marijuana blood test: Most drug tests use urine, which reveals traces of substances and their metabolites longer than blood.  This is the case with marijuana also.  The more frequently you use marijuana, the longer it remains in your system.  You might "pass" a blood test, but possibly not a urine one.   A more important question:  why use a potentially dangerous substance in the first place?

No: If they test for TB only, typically quantiferon for TB it will not show. To detect marijuana they have to order a drug panel separately.
