Cirrhosis: Scar tissue in the liver is also referred to as cirrhosis. It can be caused by excessive long term alcohol use, chronic hepatitis, bad fatty liver and some other more rare causes.

Tumor: the scarring is probably associated with inflammatory change in the tumor. Please ask the physician that ordered the scan to explain it to you.

Ask Liver Doc: The hepatologist is the expert in this case.  Discuss with them and decide why the enzymes are up.  If you  are overweight, than heaptic steatosis is common and slowly losing weight may start to show your liver function tests going down over time. Either way, the liver specialist you have seen and who knows your case best, will be able to tell you what to do next.  Write down questions and ask dr.

No unless: Unless your liver was injured during the procedure, c-secetion should not cause liver issues.

Yes, but: Presuming you are referring to an endometrial ablation, scar tissue within the uterus can make it impossible to insert the instrument into the uterus. The only way adhesions outside the cavity of your uterus  could affect this would be from tilting your uterus in a difficult angle. Sometimes this can be overcome with medications or a more experienced hysteroscopic surgeon.

i take exerge - hc (vitamin a c e, ) and cord liver oil capsule  bp 300 both twice a day , for fast fadig of my 1 mm depth scar, is it will helpful?

Scar Treatment: Vitamins a, c, and e do help the skin but topical kelocote and Mederma are more effective.  The most effective therapy for scars is the laser.

I don't believe that: Ingesting liver will make any significant changes to scars. Recommend  dermatology or plastic surgery consultation. Take care.

: Sometimes CT scans of the liver are done with subsequent wash out phases to look for liver hemangiomas which are benign growths in liver related to blood vessels.  In your case, it sounds like a mass lesion was found which is highly concerning.  Please follow up with physician that ordered the study as cancer will need to be ruled out.

Primary doctor: Liver cysts are a common occurrence and are routinely found on imaging studies.  I assume this cyst was found incidentally?  Most cysts are benign and do not require any further testing.  Ask your primary doctor to review the characterization of the cyst and consider the need for further studies.

when chest xray shows density in lung, is that always bad? could it be scar tissue from liver transplant?

: Yes, it could be scar tissue from the transplant or from an old case of pneumonia. If a prior chest X-ray is available for comparison, it will be very helpful and can show if this is a new finding. The radiologist may recommend a repeat X-ray in a week or so, or may want a CT scan for further evaluation.
