Suggestive: The ct studies could demonstrate the mass like collections of endometriosis (endometrioma) but it will not be able to show tubal blockages. Uterine, bowel, bladder, etc invasion can also be shown or suggested.

Adhesions are likely: The thing that sounds most likely would be more adhesions. The worrisome thing would be a possible bowel obstruction due to adhesions but the ct should have shown this.

i had a complete hysterectomy 2004 due to severe endometriosis. no gallbladder (2012) having persistent pain. mri & ct shows nothing. can it be scar tissue or endometriosis causing the pain in ruq?

Adhesions: Post-hysterectomy w. RUQ pain queries cause. Med literature reports common evolution of peritoneal adhesions following any/all abdominal/pelvic invasive/surgical procedures. In my experience, many post-invasive-procedure "endometriosis" patients have IBS-like symptoms. Endometriosis is a theoretical disorder lacking firm pathological proof &amp;, in my opinion, is likely an iatrogenic disorder.

Yes: This is a potentially dangerous hernia. However the repair should b done by a doctor who has experience in this procedure. That may not be the doctor who is fixing the endo.

No endometriosis: Endometrial implants can only be seen by direct visualization either by laparoscopy (small camera inserted into abdomen) or by opening up the abdomen(laparotomy). Both are surgical procedures.

See below: Blood in your stool is most likely hemorrhoids or a problem in the colon.  You should report this to your doctor ASAP.  Endometriosis doesn't usually cause blood in the colon.  Ultrasound is not a good imaging modality to see adhesions on the colon.  Best wishes!

i am taking bc pills continuously for endometriosis and have been having increased pelvic pain. the sonogram  shows  heterogenous uterus with 8mm endometrium? what is next step?

Endometrial Biopsy : Your gyn may want to stop the pills and rescan or collect an endometrial biopsy next. Other options may include a d;c or endometrial ablation depending on your medical history.

Depends: Usually endometriotic implants are too small to be seen by cat scan, MRI or ultrasound. Large lesions such as endometriomas can be seen easily though in the ovaries by any of these  evaluation methods. In the bowel, large endometriosis lesions can be seen probably easily by any of the methods.

will endometriosis on my bladder and ureters cause problems? i had a ct scan and things are ok- but worried about future. surgery could not remove it.

Possibly: If surgery is not able to remove endometriosis from a vital pelvic structure then hormonal suppression would be very helpful.
