Peeling: The rash from a sunburn tends to peel and flake and heal relatively quickly whereas the butterfly rash of autoimmune conditions such as lupus tends to involve the cheeks primarily and last a long time. There is also a significant delay in onset of the rash after sun exposure which may be many days or weeks. Wearing hats and using sunscreen such as anthelios is recommended to prevent both issues.

A cold is caused by a viral disease and can cause the symptoms you describe. If it persists longer than 10 days it might be a allergy as colds last a week or two.

ADHD or no ADHD: If you have adhd, then paradoxically vynase can in excess can decrease mental acuity. But if you don't have adhd, then use of amphetamine is not medically indicated (unless you have narcolepsy). So if your head is cloudy only when taking vynase and you do have adhd, cutting back on the dose should be tried first.

Very common: Almost universally, a new SSRI or SNRI medication (like venlafaxine) will cause unpleasant side-effects for the first 1-2 weeks of use.  These can include worsening of the very problem it is prescribed to treat, anxiety.  These effects usually resolve with time but not always.  Consider discussing with the prescribing doctor the risk/benefit of continuing vs abandoning the treatment.

Fatigue : Fatigue and a cough can be caused by a viral syndrome, and there is a virus that is going around right now.  Be sure you are leaving plenty of time at night to sleep, and sleeping in a cool, well-ventilated room.  Be sure you are eating 4-5 small, high protein meals a day, and drinking plenty of fluids.  If your symptoms persist or worsen then you may need to have a medical evaluation, but sometimes patients do go through periods of fatigue with no obvious explanation.
