Bloodwork & Exam: Joint pain that is bilateral and symmetrical is generally a sign of a systemic problem. It could be something like rheumatoid arthritis or another auto- immune disease. Are you post menopausal. Have you had a bone density test ?

Can be many things: Including tendonitis, stress fracture, spurs on top of foot (dorsal exostosis). I would recommend a visit to the foot doctor of your choice for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Try wearing : Arch supports and massaging feet before ever getting out of bed. Sounds like you may have plantar fascitiis. I would examine to see if your a "hyperpronate" as well.

Sounds like you : Hyperpronate and that your navicular is protruding. You may have an accessory navicular. Try wearing orthotics.
