See a podiatrist: Many things can cause the type of pain you are experiencing.  Until you see a physician, try simple things like rest, ice, and elevation of the foot.  Anti-inflammatory medication such as Motrin may be helpful.

i have bilateral foot pain only when standing still. i have no pain during the first steps and it gets progressively worse the longer i stand. ideas?

Not scleroderma : Positive ANA at 1:40 are commonly seen and is not diagnostic of illness. Many people get Reynauds ( finger blanching) without an autoimmune disorder. Keep well hydrated and keep body core warm. Your foot pain suggests plantar fasciitis. A podiatrist can diagnose and Rx

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis is typically plantar heel pain normally first step out of bed in morning or getting up from rest. Pain in the arch can often be posterior tibial tendinitis. Pain on the outside of the ankle and foot could relate to the perineal tendons.

Fasciitis: Prob. Not related except for the change in gait. See a podiatrist. Sounds like fasciitis. Is it worse in am with first few steps and again after sitting?

See podiatrist: I am not sure why the tape stuck to your shoe would cause new pains. If you are having heel pains and sole pains I suggest that you see a podiatrist. Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain. Ice, heel cups and stretches can help but seeing podiatrist may give you quicker relief.

Patellofemoral Pain: This sounds like pain due to the pressure of the Patella (Knee Cap) against the thigh bone.  This can be improved with NSAIDs, but the definitive treatment might be PT to improve the strength of the feet, calves and hips to take some of the stress off the Patellofemoral Joint

Overweight: Good for you.See your doctor and a dietician to set up a safe program which includes diet and exercise. Set reasonable goals. You can start a walking program to complement your diet and exercise program. A pedometer can be very helpful
