Plantar fascitiis: Try stretching your achilles, and wearing arch supports while working. Ice the bottom of the feet at the end of the shift.

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis is typically plantar heel pain normally first step out of bed in morning or getting up from rest. Pain in the arch can often be posterior tibial tendinitis. Pain on the outside of the ankle and foot could relate to the perineal tendons.

Try over the counter arch supports such as super feet, soft sole, etc. And antiinflammatories. If pain persist see a podiatrist, who can guide you through the process to recovery.

Yes: Not sure what workup you have had in the past but I would start with an X-ray.  You will also need a full workup by a foot and ankle surgeon and possibly a vascular surgeon as well.

S-T-R-E-T-C-H: Stretch your feet and calf muscles. Flap you feet up and down before you get up in the morning or after you've been sitting awhile. Avoid pounding your heels: no walking in bare feet or wearing flat shoes. Use gel heel cup inserts. No high-impact activities [jogging, jumping]. Ice your heels up to 20 minutes, 4 times a day [can roll foot over frozen oj concentrate can].

This discomfort is usually most severe first thing in the morning when you step on the floor. It is a long drawn out inflammatory process. I  recommend a podiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.

: You didn’t mention what was required to provide you with relief of plantar fasciitis. Obviously it helped but it did not take care of the problem completely. I would take the next step whether that be changing your shoes for more support or seeing a podiatrist and getting either over-the-counter supports or a custom-made orthotic. All of these are viable
