right hip has coxa magna deformity from perthes as kid. could this cause the intermittent severe pain from my right hip to ankle? also get periodic buzzing sensation in that ankle + in perianal area.

Possibly: Any deformity in the hip area is going to have direct impact to the knee and ankle and foot. You may want to get a second opinion from an osteopathic physician, can do musculoskeletal evaluation of your condition, and able to offer him treatment, that might also help the sins the strange sensations that you're getting in the ankle as well as the groin. There are fascial connections via the hip.

i have severe, deep aching hip pain in my right hip that radiates to back. its been going on for several months and gets reallybad at times. ive tried pt but it didnt help. also, random but that leg turns purple with white splotches ?

Hip pain : Hip pain with purple and white discoloration is an interesting presentation and brings up the concern for blood vessel disease, but there are many other rarer reasons for hip pain which may not be direct not related to bone, muscles, and joints.  Much more information is needed to understand this well. I suggest you talk to your doctor about hip pain and a possible relationship to the skin changes

Yes: Vaginal bleeding is concerning. This means you injured some internal structures and this requires at least inspection and appraisal of damage extent. I'd go to urgent care or your primary care provider on an urgent basis.

Bump on buttocks: Would f/u with doc could be cyst or abscess and  should be treated /removed. Likely there is nerve irritation/ compression but if infectious do not want it to persist and  extend . f/U with doc urgent care.

Sorry for your pain: Try lying flat on your back either on the floor or in bed.  Bring your right knee up to about 90 degrees - like you are going to pull it to your chest but not so far.  Slowly and gently, rotate your right knee towards the left.  If it reproduces your pain, it could in fact be coming from the ball and socket hip joint.  You really need to see your doc and get an xray of the right hip.

You may have injured your hip without realizing it and/or you may have a nerve injury. Either way, the only way to know what is wrong is for a doctor to examine you. Pain: you may have injured or bruised a nerve. Try an ant inflammatory such as Ibuprofen 600 mg with food three times a day and local heat application may help
