Allergies : While it might be nice to think about moving to the tropics during tree season, this is not really practical for most of us. Consider seeing an allergist to discuss immunotherapy, also known as allergy shots. They can be highly effective.  If you want to take medication, be sure to start before you are exposed to the allergen. Nasal steroids and antihistamines work best before the reaction begins

No: Not sure what the underlying disease is (probably asthma). There are some normal variations when you do repeat pulmonary function testing. Drop from 88 to 83 is not concerning and could be just normal variation. Depending on the underlying disease process, ongoing monitoring will give better information about the trend. Trend is more important than one random reading.

chest ct scan show multiple tracheal and bronchial polyps less than 6mm size? old ct before a year show one polyp but no change in size? is it cancer

As below: Most of the times these are benign squamous cell papillomata from over proliferations of squamous epithelium lining of the air tree.  
These are usually occur due to infection of the mucosa with HPV 6 and 11 (possibly also 16 and18).  
Have you had any biopsy yet?
Have you had any complications yet like mucus plugging, lung infections  atelectasis, bronchiectasis etc?

my 2 year old has a high fever of 102-104, a bronchial kind of cough, hoarse voice, heavy breathing, and does nothing but lay around and sleep. help!

High fever: Your child should be seen ASAP either by your pediatrician or the ER. His coughing and fever may be due to pneumonia

To Pap or Not to Pap: Yearly pap smear is not recommended in any country in the world including the U.S. In a few hi risk individuals with hpv infection, it may be warranted. The first pap starts after age 21 or 2 yrs after the onset of sexual intercourse and continues into the 50's.  Most countries recommend paps every 3-5 years in average risk patients. There is no evidence yearly paps prevent more cancers.

Many causes: Nose is highly vascular structure. whenever the air you breathe is dry nose bleed can result.

Occurs mostly in winter.Humidify the air.
Nose bleed can be due to many causes also.
