Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

It is common: Seemingly you are experiencing menstrual migraines which can be quite intense for some. There are preventive treatment so that these attacks don't don't come, and if they do, they tend to be milder and easier to control. Once full-blown, menstrual migraine is not very responsive to medication, and thus needs time/sleep. Consult your doc or a neurologist to help you take control of this. Good luck.

Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Get help: If you aren't menstruating monthly, then you probably aren't ovulating and it will be difficult to conceive!  please see a doctor for an evaluation of your problem. Hopefully s/he can help you straighten things out. Your headaches may or may not be related to your lack of periods, but be sure to mention it to the doctor.
