Get help: If you aren't menstruating monthly, then you probably aren't ovulating and it will be difficult to conceive! please see a doctor for an evaluation of your problem. Hopefully s/he can help you straighten things out. Your headaches may or may not be related to your lack of periods, but be sure to mention it to the doctor.

Lack of fertility: If you have not been able to conceive for 4 years, you need to see a fertility specialist (f). Either you, your husband or both of your have a problem. With your not having a period for a year, you should see a f and see what tests the f has to offer you to find a solution to your lack of being able to conceive, good luck.

Need check up: You need to consult your primary care physician first as you are feeling dizzy and have headaches.And you also need a gynecological evauation as you have not had your period for over a year.You may have a medical condition causing your symptoms and no periods and need work up after physical exam and imaging if indicated.
