You could have: Migraine or tension headache and the abdominal pain could be due to liver,gallbladder or stomach problems. See your Dr if it's persistent or gets worse. Take care!!

Examination: These symptoms are probably not related to your recent period,but if there is persistent right sided abdominal pain and especially if there is associated tenderness, appendicitis must be considered. Have your physician examine you as soon as possible in view of these symptoms.
