Why im i getting bad headaches and cramping and im not on my period?

See your doctor.: The headaches have many different causes and should be evaluated sooner rather than later. The cramping should be evaluated by your gynecologist. I would recommend a pelvic exam and ultrasound to start.

Primary care doc: Often we specialists forget that many people have a primary care physician (pcp) like the family physician who knows them best and can evaluate quickly. So if there are multiple problems then it might be best for people to call pcp first. Also the insurance company might prefer that. At other times, it might be necessary to see whichever physician (gyn or other) can make appointment first.
