Many potential cause: The most common cause of lightheadedness is simply a lack of fuel in the brain (oxygen + glucose + triglycerides) in one form or other.  I'm not sure for you which is the problem - low blood pressure (i.e. Not enough blood), low blood sugar (not enough glucose) or low brain triglycerides (the preferred fuel of the brain), but it is probably one of these.  Eat breakfast, and stop worrying about it.

Very Abnormal: This is highly abnormal and worrisome, particularly for someone your age.  I would strongly recommend a full cardiovascular evaluation with a practicing cardiologist in your area.  While this may be related solely to your food intake, this should not be assumed.

Probably none: You should see a doctor to assess why you never feel refreshed on waking- you might have sleep apnea, hypothyroidism etc, but the things that cause this generally do not "cut years off" your life. While many doctors advise eating a healthy breakfast, you should not eat if you aren't hungry and there is no evidence that skipping breakfast shortens your life!

Not Known: I do not know if there is a statistical answer to this question, but we do know it is not a very healthy approach to the day.Consequences of low blood suger and dehydration can be poor focusing, headaches and lethargy affecting school work.

Losing weight: To lose weight, get ur resting metabolism rate done(weight loss centers do this). This determines the total number of calories you need to lose 1-2lbs/week. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .

Many causes: Hi
The first thing I would do is make sure the test was reliable but 89 is incredibly low. If you physically feel fine and it was truly 89, then you may have an undiagnosed medical condition because it means that your body is compensating to some degree. But, at 89%, your body can't compensate for long and will wear down eventually. Make sure to keep your follow up appointments. Hope this helps

GERD?: This sounds like gastro-esophogeal reflux disease (gerd).  For a start, avoid eating big meals (like hotel meals) before bedtime. Also try avoiding spicey food, caffeine and alcohol. This is definitely something that needs to be seen by a doc as there can be some serious damage done if you don't take care of this properly. In the meantime, try otc Tums (calcium carbonate) to see if it helps.

Breakfast : Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially because it jumo starts your metabolism, and because you need energy to start your day. At minimum drink a protein or breakfast shake. Otherwise try to have fruit and a protein. Your lunch needs more protein (meat, boiled egg, turkey slices etc). In addition healthy snacks throughout the day (nuts, string cheese, protein bars, fruit, etc.) dinner can be light but try not to skip it. Fast food is neve a good idea, however if you have to order grilled chicken salad or sandwich, no fries or soda.
Lastly, i recommend you meet with a nutritionist to help design a healthy meal plan suited for your lifestyle.
Take good care and don't forget to drink plenty of water as well.
