High triglycerides.: No.  A good primary care doctor can easily treat this with diet and medication.

You may: More likely you have had some minor infection or stress or the lab is using one of these new counters that picks up the immature cells more readily. Do follow up. If this is leukemia, it's probably one of the manageable ones. Be brave, and best wishes.

Bacteria in Urine: It is important to clarify what was meant by "strep in your urine". Most likely they meant that you have Group B Streptococcal Bacteria in your urine. You may either have an active infection or your urinary tract is colonized with the bacteria Antibiotic are effective treatment. This is a more serious issue if your presently or plan to get pregnant and this is not treated appropriately.

It's : It's probable your doctor did a tsh, thyroid stimulating hormone, the test we believe to be most sensitive to screen for thyroid issues.  Interestingly, people with overactive thyroids can have a high pulse, but they generally don't feel cold all the time (although that's a rule of thumb only).  I'd assume your doctor did other blood tests as well as an exam.  Depending on your general health, it's possible your doctor may order some other heart tests like an electrocardiogram, or even a stress test to help figure out what's up with your pulse.

There are things that are known to cause a high pulse rate that need to be considered as well, including alcohol consumption, stress/anxiety, caffeine, and medication side effects.

Depends on  location: The radiologist report will indicate the location of this mass. Its size matters too. Pancreatic cancer usually causes symptoms and is located behind the stomach in the upper abdomen. If the mass is more than 2cm, a biopsy would be indicated. At your age pancreatic cancer will not be high on the list of possibilities. A pet scan can also help confirm the nature of this mass, i.E cancer or noncance.

No, not yet: Doctors want to go over lab results in person, so usually won't say anything good or bad on the phone. As a rule, never worry until you see actual results that are worth worrying about. Since you have not seen the results yet, you should not worry yet.

Inflamed thyroid: Very high thyroglobulins can be seen in a number of thyroid conditions, including hyperthyroidism (graves' one possibility), hypothyroidism (hashimoto's one possibility), thyroid nodules, and thyroiditis.  If thyroid hormone levels, including tsh, are normal, and you are not having a lot of pain in the thyroid region, a high thyroglobulin level does not need any treatment.
