Inflamed thyroid: Very high thyroglobulins can be seen in a number of thyroid conditions, including hyperthyroidism (graves' one possibility), hypothyroidism (hashimoto's one possibility), thyroid nodules, and thyroiditis. If thyroid hormone levels, including tsh, are normal, and you are not having a lot of pain in the thyroid region, a high thyroglobulin level does not need any treatment.

Unclear question: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information you provided is not clear for an informed opinion.
