Depends on location: The radiologist report will indicate the location of this mass. Its size matters too. Pancreatic cancer usually causes symptoms and is located behind the stomach in the upper abdomen. If the mass is more than 2cm, a biopsy would be indicated. At your age pancreatic cancer will not be high on the list of possibilities. A pet scan can also help confirm the nature of this mass, i.E cancer or noncance.

Your question: Is rather disjointed perhaps because you are scared, but small bowel lymphadenopathy is not synonymous with pancreatic cancer which btw would be unusual at your age, mesenteric adenitis from a viral illness, non specific enteritis, or over-read of a ct scan is a little more common. Why don't you ask the doctor who ordered the ct scan on your behalf about the results.
